Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@miabaaba.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
